SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after lead times have been met. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (if available)
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
All Strong Fab is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
All Strong Fab is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping
We currently ship to customers located in the United States.
Lost or Stolen Packages
All Strong Fab is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Return to Sender
Packages that are returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or refusal of delivery will be refunded minus the shipping costs. We are not responsible for packages that are returned to sender.
